Terms of Service

These terms govern the use of Buxtonprojects.com Geotechnical Stabilization services. By engaging our work, you accept the conditions outlined below.

Scope of Services

Buxtonprojects.com provides deep soil densification, high-pressure micro-pile installations, and chemical grout injection procedures. Each project scope is defined in a written proposal that specifies the treatment area, target bearing capacity, and methodology. No work is performed without a signed agreement detailing these parameters.

Client Responsibilities

The client must provide accurate site data, including prior geotechnical reports, utility locations, and access conditions. The client is responsible for obtaining all necessary permits and ensuring site safety protocols align with local regulations. Failure to disclose known subsurface hazards may void liability limitations.

Limitation of Liability

Buxtonprojects.com liability is limited to the contract value for any claim arising from our services. We are not liable for consequential damages, including lost productivity, delayed construction, or third-party claims, unless caused by gross negligence. Our work is warranted to meet the specified bearing capacity for 12 months post-completion, provided no unapproved excavation or loading occurs.

Termination and Suspension

Either party may terminate the agreement with 14 days written notice if the other party breaches material terms. Buxtonprojects.com may suspend work immediately if site conditions pose safety risks not disclosed in the initial survey. In such cases, the client is billed for completed work and mobilization costs.

Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated with 30 days notice posted on buxtonprojects.com. Continued use of our services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. For questions, contact info@buxtonprojects.com.
